Can people connect to my computer without my permission? No. The only way somebody can connect to your computer is if you specifically select "add new client", or if you leave your RealVNC server running and somebody else knows your password. If you do not want people connecting to your computer, simply close the RealVNC server whenever you are not planning to use it

Can I disconnect a user who is connected to my computer? Yes! Right-click the RealVNC server icon on the bottom right of your screen and select "Disconnect all clients"

Will RealVNC work behind a router or firewall? If you follow the directions on the connection page, Time Management Inc. will have no trouble connecting to your computer even if it is behind a router or firewall

My firewall asks me about RealVNC, what should I do? Your firewall is configured to regulate internet access among your programs. If your firewall asks you if the RealVNC server can use the internet, select yes. If your firewall blocks the RealVNC program, you will be unable to connect to Time Management Inc.
